Terms and Conditions
Online Motorcycle Search / Bad Biker Leathers accepts Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, cashier's checks, wire transfers, and money orders. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. If paying by check or money order, please allow time for payment to clear the bank then your order will be shipped. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Arizona residents add appropriate sales tax to orders.

Ordering
You may order on-line 24 hours 7 days a week. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, items should be at your door in 7-14 business days within the continental U.S.  Special Ordered items can take considerably longer.

Shipping
Most orders are shipped U.P.S. ground, unless otherwise requested or required. Some items may be subject to additional shipping charges or arrangements due to size or weight. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong or missing items, should be reported to Online Motorcycle Search / Bad Biker Leathers within 24 hours.

Worldwide shipping
We will gladly ship anywhere in the world, however all orders outside the continental U.S. require a shipping quote, the customer is responsible for actual shipping charges, plus all duties and tariffs. All payments must be in U.S. funds for foreign orders. All credit card orders are subject to verification and additional information may be required prior to shipping your order. To eliminate translation errors, your order must be in English.

Returns
If you need to return an item, e-mail us first for a return material authorization number. All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in original condition. Returns must be done within 30 days of invoice. Returns will only be accepted in the event the items were packaged incorrectly or defective. Returns will not be accepted for any other reason. Your package should be insured and freight prepaid. Reimbursement will only occur when a replacement item is unavailable. Reimbursement will be made by the original method of payment, after receipt, inspection, and acceptance of item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Motorcycle Classified Ads
All Motorcycle Classified Ads are non-refundable, period.  Once your ad runs you will not be refunded for any reason, No Exeptions.


Liability

You will not hold Online Motorcycle Search/Bad Biker Leathers responsible for other users' actions or inactions, including things they post. You acknowledge that we are not a traditional auctioneer. Instead, the Site is a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell, and buy just about anything, at anytime, from anywhere, in a fixed price format. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
